RETURNS & REFUNDS
Given the perishable nature of our products, unfortunately we cannot accept any returns. We strive to bring you the highest quality bread, and to deliver it in pristine condition.
However, if you feel that your bread’s quality is unacceptable or if it arrives with significant damage, please let us know by emailing us at theryebakery@jempsons.com and sending us a photograph along with details of the issue on the day your box arrived.
At our discretion, we will try to resolve this by submitting a refund within five business days or sending a free box the following week.
If your box is not delivered for any reasons within our control, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid within five business days or send a free replacement box on the next delivery date.
This excludes force majeure or extreme weather conditions. You must report a missing delivery within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery day.
