SUBSCRIPTIONS
HOW IT WORKS
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription frequency selected.
PAYMENT
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these orders to the frequency of your chosen subscription.
HOW LONG
Your first subscription order should reach you within 2 – 4 working days of creating your subscription plan*.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you haven’t created a customer account with a secure password yet, you will need to create one before you are able to access, edit or cancel your subscription.
*You can edit the frequency of your subscription, your delivery address or payment card by accessing your profile.
CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will be immediate but must be made 72 hours before the delivery date to cancel that week’s order.
If done after this time, the cancellation will be effective starting the following week and the current week’s bread box will still be sent and billed.
